Identified - We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the **Bergenzicht–Teraco backhaul route**. The Fibre Network Operator (FNO) has confirmed that **their upstream provider** is performing **scheduled maintenance** at the Paarl Node today, **20 November 2025**, between **07:00 and 15:00**. Importantly, **neither LunaFibre nor the FNO received any prior notification** of this maintenance. The FNO shared the following update from their upstream provider: > “We are currently performing scheduled maintenance at our Paarl Node today 20/11/2025 between 07:00 AM – 15:00 PM. During this time, intermittent to no connectivity can be expected.” We have escalated this matter with the FNO’s management and requested **priority restoration** for the affected backhaul link.
